Can I edit the page after publishing it?+
Yes, as many times as you wish. You can add a photo, correct a text or enrich the story at any time, for life and at no extra cost. The page remains yours, living and evolving over time.
What happens if Vivorial disappears?+
Your page is based on a single payment, with no subscription: there is no renewal that could interrupt it. And above all, at any time you can download a complete backup of the page from your account — a ZIP archive with the content and photos, as well as a PDF version and an image version. You keep your own copy, independent of us, to store wherever you wish.
Does the QR code withstand the weather?+
You choose the medium on which the QR code is engraved or printed. For outdoor display, favour a durable material (stainless steel, engraved granite, enamelled plaque…): it will withstand UV, frost and rain without fading or tarnishing, and will remain legible for decades, even in the middle of a cemetery.
How do I install the QR code on the headstone?+
You receive a high-resolution file that you have engraved by a monumental mason or print yourself, on the medium of your choice. If you prefer, your mason can produce and fix the plaque during maintenance of the grave.
Is my data protected?+
Your data is hosted within the European Union and processed in strict compliance with the GDPR. You retain full control of visibility: a page can be public, open to all, or private and reserved for the loved ones you choose.
How long does the page stay online?+
For life. The basic plan, fully digital and with nothing shipped, is based on a single payment of €49: there is no subscription, no renewal, no surprise. Once published, the page remains accessible with no subscription or renewal, for as long as the service exists; and you can download a complete backup at any time to keep on your side.
Can I create several memorial pages?+
Yes, of course. Each deceased person has their own dedicated page, with its single purchase of €49. You can thus honour several members of the same family, each with their own story and distinct QR code.
Does the page work without a good connection at the cemetery?+
Yes. The page is designed to be ultra-light and optimised for weak networks, common in cemeteries. It loads quickly even with a limited connection, so that remembrance is never interrupted by waiting.
